The new single storey warehouse building with covered loading dock have a gross floor area of 95,000 square feet in addition to a mezzanine office space of 17,000 square feet. It adjoin three (3) existing warehouses , namely the Facey Warehouse, ISL Warehouse and the orporate Warehouse. The floor level of the new warehouse is set at a level to suit a minimum of 4ft from the finished external grade to suit container deliveries and have a clear height of not less than 48”-0” from the internal floor level to accommodate 6 levels of storage racking.
The project includes building a warehouse (2088 sqm) and a two-story office (921 sqm). It features steel structures, concrete walls, aluminum windows/doors, and interior finishes. There will be plumbing, air conditioning, and electrical systems. Outside, there's paving, fencing, and systems for water, drainage, and sewage, plus guardhouses and small buildings.

The Seprod Warehouse is a steel structure that spans 40 meters and covers an area of 3,789.66 square meters. It is located at 3 Felix Fox Boulevard, Kingston. The project, carried out by AYD/BYD TC, started in November 2018 and was completed by April 2019. This warehouse was built to increase Seprod Group Ltd.'s capacity to manage production and supply cycles efficiently. I
The Aquatic Sports Association of Jamaica (ASAJ) is in charge of water sports in Jamaica. They built a new office for $25 million with money from the government and other supporters, including FINA and a construction company. This new office is a big deal for water sports in Jamaica, and ASAJ thanked everyone who helped at the opening ceremony.
The 76 Tower, also called Call Center, is located at 76 Half Way Tree Road in Kingston and has an area of 85,000 sq ft. It features Usain Bolt's logo, which is a silhouette of his famous victory pose, displayed at the top of the tower. Finished in February 2019, this building serves as a business process outsourcing center and was funded by Usain Bolt.
The new Bert's Auto Parts is on 72 Molynes Road in Kingston 10. It has a total area of 90,286 sq ft and the building covers 32,994.09 sq ft. Started in November 2017, it was planned to finish in September 2019. The building includes a three-storey office and a warehouse, with one part being three storeys high and the rest one storey.
Lotte Mall is a two-floor shopping center in Spanish Town, located at 32 Wellington Street. It's about 2,200 square meters big. AYD/BYD TCI Construction Ltd built it from July 2017 to March 2019, doing everything from designing to building it. They used high-quality materials and worked efficiently, making the mall well-known and respected in the area.

The Warehouse Extension Project for Creative Building Finishes Ltd at 5 Red Hills Road, Kingston 10, started in April 2017 and finished in September 2017. It covers a total space of about 18,723 square feet, with the original building at 17,180 square feet and an added first floor of 1,543 square feet. The new warehouse extension adds approximately 6,984 square feet.
